Below is a short walkthrough of the ONR Welcome Email. It highlights what to look for, how to activate your account, and what to do if you don’t receive it.

When your account is activated, you’ll receive a Welcome Email from <a href="mailto:no-reply@onrapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">no-reply@onrapp.com</a>. This email contains:

Association Branding – Your association’s name and logo appear at the top of the email (see sample screenshot below).

Personalized Greeting – The email is addressed to you directly.

Account Activation Button – A secure “Activate My Account” button. Clicking this allows you to create your password and access your ONR resident account.

Clear Instructions – A reminder to activate your account so you can start connecting with your community online.
